Why we love it…
The easy answer is that it’s the top level of brain protection currently available to equestrian athletes. This is all thanks to the MIPS technology incorporated into the helmet design.
What is MIPS? This stands for Multi-Directional Impact System, and it’s cutting edge technology specifically designed to protect the brain from rotational movement in the event of an accident. Essentially there is a low-friction layer between the inner padding and outer shell of the helmet that allows for 10-15 mm of sliding motion in all directions. This reduces the rotational motion transmitted to the brain upon impact.
Although the helmet is ordered in standard sizes (XXS-S, S-M, M-L, and L-XL) it does allow for easy adjustment for a perfect fit.

This particular helmet is meant for adults. We do have a kids option available that’s a better fit for younger heads!
