Biothane Bridle

Sale Price:$90.00 Original Price:$120.00
sold out

By EQUES

Why we love it…

Many of you may recognize the biothane material, as the biothane reins are some of our best selling items. Because of this, we are very excited to now offer this bridle. The biothane material makes this bridle easy to clean, durable, and comfortable for the horse. We use our bridles extensively and unfortunately we are not the best about cleaning and maintaining them, but with the biothane bridle you can literally hose it off to clean it. No leather - no hassle! Perfect for trail rides or use in all weather.

Drop nosebands are the traditional choice of noseband in our industry. Drop nosebands when properly fitted support the horse without clamping their mouths shut. They help stabilize and secure loose rein snaffles (our primary choice of bit) in the horses mouth.

Consider this…

Drop nosebands can be misused, therefore proper adjustment is key. The noseband should be positioned approximately four fingers up from the nostril. The tightness of the noseband should be adjusted so that at least two fingers can easily fit underneath it. The noseband piece goes over the bridle and bit rings but in front of the reins.
