Saddles Eques Gullet Indicator

Eques Gullet Indicator

$25.00

By EQUES

We we love it…

You can use this indicator as a tool for measuring your horse’s gullet size for Eques saddles that use the A-tree and C-tree. This enables you to measure your horse and then order a gullet specific to your horse. This can be extremely useful as your horse may vary in body condition or muscling.

How to measure your horse:

  • Make sure the horse stands straight on even ground

  • Place the tool as if it were the front of a saddle (above the spinal column with “bearing area” behind the shoulders)

  • The red tip defines the approximate size of the gullet needed

Consider this…

Gullet size is not the only saddle fit metric to keep in mind.
